Curatorial interpretation

Pale squares drift across a turquoise ground, gathering loosely toward the centre, with a patterned band running along the edges. The mood is airy, cool and breathing. The composition works like a diagram: a limited set of modules is repeated, rotated and packed until it becomes a field with its own pressure and direction. It can be read as an image of order and variation, a system that holds many small differences together. In the exhibition it appears at position 24 (ROOM V), where its role is: quiet/breathing artwork.
